The Education Support Program is designed to provide financial and other forms of assistance to students in educational institutions. Such assistance could take the form of scholarships, bursary awards, prize awarding education competition and other forms financial assistance.

The annual undergraduates essay competitions organized and sponsored by the Foundation is a key component of this program. The essay competition was introduced in 2006 with cash prizes for the first to third winners. In 2007, the first, second and third prizes were retained. But additional three consolation prizes were added for the fourth, fifth and sixth runners up. In 2014, the cash prizes were substantially increased for each position.
